Wine produced from Freisa grapes from meticulous selection in the vineyard and cellar. Boasting great structure, polyphenolic richness and freshness that make it suitable for aging first in the cellar, then in the bottle. Capable of developing aromatic sensations ranging from marasca cherry to raspberry to clove. The long post-fermentation maceration technique increases the body of this wine and partly contributes to its roundness.

Pairings: Piedmontese cuisine, red meats and cheeses.
