Piedmontese Bonarda, or “Bonarda di Chieri,” is a grape variety typical of our region. It produces a wine with distinct fruity notes and a light spiciness characteristic of the grape. Over the years, it has gained many admirers for its versatility at the table, both in the still version, more classic, and in the lively version. where it pairs ideally with meats and cured meats.
