The Sauvignon blanc grapes that give life to this wine are grown on a south-east facing slope in the municipality of Cinzano, at an altitude of about 450 m. The particular microclimate and limestone-rich soil give the product excellent ripeness, sapidity and mineral notes that add complexity to the aromatic bouquet of this wine. Aging for 6 months in tanks on the lees gives structure and smoothness to this wine.
